How to keep your skin hydrated this summer

By drinking at least 8-10 glasses of water per day, you can achieve a hydrated but also glowing skin. Also, by consuming lots of fruits and vegetables, you can nourish your skin, keep hydrated, boost collagen production, and protect your skin from the sun’s damaging effects. Also, by applying moisturizer post washing and before going to sleep, you can see the difference.

  • Use face mist

Face mists are a good way of cooling down and ensure mid-day hydration on warm summer days. Nowadays, you can easily find a face mist tailored to your skin type.

  • Always use sunscreen

Excessive UV exposure can permanently damage your skin and cause sunburns, fine lines, skin cancer, and premature aging. Your sunscreen needs to have at least SPF 30. Apply twice a day on all exposed parts of your skin.

  • Avoid too much makeup

It is best to use mild makeup during summer to allow your skin to breathe and retain its glowing attributes.
